Harvey totaled 209 rushing and receiving yards while scoring three times, launching the Knights past TCU 35-34. His efforts also earned him a Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week title.
Ashton Jeanty of Boise State University and Cameron Skattebo of Arizona State University earned the Doak Walker Award the first two weeks of the season.
Harvey has rushed for 448 yards and eight touchdowns this season, both of which are third in the nation.
Harvey and the Knights will look to continue their success on the ground against Colorado on Sept. 28 at FBC Mortgage Stadium.
