Alabama Basketball landed its first commitment of the 2025 recruiting cycle with four-star SF Amari Allen from Green Bay, Wisconsin pledging to Nate Oats on Tuesday.
Per the 247-composite rankings, Allen is ranked as the 98th best player in the country and a consensus four-star. Allen is a 6-foot-7, sharpshooting wing who projects as a guy who could be a secondary ball-handler at the next level. On the Adidas 3Stripes Select Basketball circuit this summer, Allen shot 41% from three-point range while averaging just a shade under 17 points-per-game. 247 listed him as one of the top performing wings during the event.
