IN DEAL:Everton sign “world-class” sensation for just £40m, he’ll join us in January manager confirms.

Everton may have made another transfer blunder after failing to strike a deal for their top target in 2022.

VFL Stuttgart star Serhou Guirassy is the most-inform striker in Europe currently, much to the disappointment of Everton. The Toffees desperately attempted to sign the forward in 2022 but, despite the best efforts of director of football Kevin Thelwell, they were unable to strike a deal.

Everton secured their first three points of the season over the weekend when they beat Brentford 3-1 in a significant victory for Sean Dyche’s side. Heading into the match, the Toffees had scored just twice in the Premier League – both goals coming against Sheffield United – and lacked any sort of cutting edge in the final third.

However, goals from Abdoulaye Doucoure, James Tarkowski and Dominic Calvert-Lewin saw Everton cruise past the Bees at the Gtech Community Stadium. But the three-goal win may only paper the cracks in Dyche’s squad in the short-term, especially in the final third.

Summer signing Beto has led the line well for Everton since his £26million arrival from Udinese, but his failure to find the back of the net in three appearances has left supporters questioning where goals will come from if they slip into another relegation battle.
