Gainesville, FL – The Florida Gators softball program has landed a major recruit, securing the commitment of 5-star standout, Alexis “Lexi” Williams. Regarded as one of the nation’s top high school players, Williams brings immense talent and excitement to the Gators’ roster.
“Lexi is an exceptional athlete with incredible potential,” said Florida Head Coach, Tim Walton. “Her skillset, work ethic, and passion will undoubtedly elevate our team’s performance.”
Williams, a versatile infielder and outfielder from [High School], boasts impressive credentials:
– 2023 National Player of the Year (NFCA)
– 2x State Champion (2019, 2022)
– 3x All-State selection
– .542 batting average, 12 HR, 42 RBIs (2023 season)
