South Carolina’s Dawn Staley Sends a Powerful Message About Chloe Kitts Ahead of the 2026–27 Season!
South Carolina Gamecocks fans have plenty of reasons to be excited as Chloe Kitts prepares for her return to the court following a season-ending ACL injury. Head coach Dawn Staley has expressed strong confidence in Kitts, praising her work ethic, personal growth, and commitment to the program.
Kitts missed the entire 2025–26 season after suffering the injury in October 2025. Before that setback, she had established herself as an important player for the Gamecocks, averaging 10.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game during the 2024–25 season.
Speaking ahead of the new season, Staley highlighted Kitts’ dedication to improving her game and her development as a leader. The South Carolina coach believes the forward has put in tremendous work and continues to grow both on and off the court.
