Breaking: five star Anderson Jr. decommits from Ohio state,chooses Alabama over BYU, Clemson, and Tennessee…..

Let’s talk about Will Anderson Jr., a former five-star recruit and current linebacker for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Anderson was ranked as the number one linebacker and number six overall player in the 2020 recruiting class.

 

High School Career

Anderson attended Dutchtown High School in Hampton, Georgia, where he was a multi-year starter and helped lead his team to a state championship appearance.

 

College Career

Anderson enrolled at the University of Alabama in 2020 and quickly became a key contributor to the Crimson Tide defense. As a freshman, he played in all 13 games and recorded 52 tackles, 7.0 sacks, and 10.5 tackles for loss.

Anderson has received numerous awards and accolades for his outstanding play, including:
