The 6-foot-10, 225-pound forward is officially heading to Kansas State after spending the last two seasons at VCU.
Fermin appeared in four games this past season before taking a leave of absence, but his size, athleticism, and defensive presence still make him one of the most intriguing frontcourt additions in the transfer portal.
