The Pro Football Hall of Fame has revealed the initial nominees for the induction class of 2025. Among the 167 players making the cut are several players with Detroit Lions ties.

 

Most notable is wide receiver Herman Moore, who has been nominated before but keeps getting snubbed as the voting progressed to finalists. Moore’s three-year career peak stands up against any other wideout in NFL history.

 

Kicker Jason Hanson is also on the list again. Hanson played in Detroit from 1992 to 2012 and finished in the top-5 in scoring, field goals, field goal attempts

 

When patrolmen arrived, they saw a 2002 Ford Mustang that is suspected of crossing into the eastbound lane, colliding head-on with a 2017 Harley Davidson.

 

A 2012 Harley Davidson then ran into the back of the 2017 motorcycle.

 

The driver of the Mustang has been identified as 20-year-old Cheyenne man Jason R. Hanson and the passenger was Seth J. O’Dell, who succumbed to his injuries on scene.

 

The driver and passenger of the 2017 Harley that was hit have been identified as 47-year-old Jerry L. Hoover and Jana M. Garton, both from Cheyenne.

 

Neither were wearing helmets and died due to their injuries on the scene.

 

The driver of the 2012 Harley Davidson has been identified as 34-year-old Cheyenne, Wyoming resident Andrew J. Hrasky.

 

Hrasky was not wearing his helmet and was transported to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for injuries he sustained in the crash.

 

Speed, driver intoxication and driver inattention on the part of Hanson are being investigated as contributing factors.

 

This is the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd fatalities on Wyoming’s roadways in 2019 compared to 22 in 2018, 31 in 2017, and 13 in 2016 to date
