WEST BROM AGREE DEAL TO SIGN GUGLIELMO VICARIO FROM SPURS

HERE WE GO! West Bromwich Albion have reached an agreement to sign Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham Hotspur on an initial loan deal, with a buy option included.
