Ohio State 5-Star Commit Stuns College Football World with Decision to Flip and Join LSU tigers football over…

LSU football added a four-star offensive lineman to its 2026 recruiting class. On Monday, LSU got more good news on the recruiting front.

Four-star interior offensive lineman Canon Pickett included LSU in his final 10, according to a social media post from On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Per On3, Pickett is the No. 229 ranked recruit in 2026 and No. 33 at his position.

LSU may have a slight edge in Pickett’s recruit after adding Alex Atkins to the staff. Atkins was Pickett’s original recruiter when he was the offensive coordinator at Florida State. Now, Atkins is in Baton Rouge working as LSU’s tight ends coach and run game coordinator. With Atkins gone, FSU remained in Pickett’s top 10.
