College football bowl projections, playoff picks updated for Week 13: BYU falls out, Georgia surges
Changes are widespread in our updated Week 13 bowl projections in the College Football Playoff and elsewhere following BYU’s upset loss to Kansas night along with Georgia’s win over Tennessee. The victory creates a logjam of multi-loss teams atop the SEC. One of the major questions coming down the stretch is what teams will make up the top 4 seeds outside of the projected champions of the SEC and Big Ten and will there be a Power conference team with double-digit wins left out of the mix?
With the SEC and Big Ten expected to make up at least seven spots in the final 12, chances are high repeat showdowns happen.
